Delivery Information

Unless otherwise stated below, products are sent within 48 hours of payment being received by Lifelong.

Motivation and Engagement Scale (MES): The MES is supplied (by email) as a formatted PDF survey that can be printed and administered to students - or to embed in a client's own hard copy or online survey.

Student Scoring Service: The Scoring Service is conducted once, within one week after checked and corrected MES data are provided by the client to Lifelong. Scores are emailed to the client as an Excel file.

Student Profiles and Tip Sheets: The Student Profiling is conducted once, within one week after checked and corrected MES data are provided by the client to Lifelong. Student Profile and Tip Sheets are emailed as PDF documents.

Institution (School/University/College) Report: The Institution Report is prepared once, within one week after checked and corrected MES data are provided by the client to Lifelong. The Report is emailed as a PDF document.

Student Motivation and Engagement Workbook: The PDF Student Workbook is supplied (by email) as a PDF that is printed and distributed to students to complete.

Student Motivation and Engagement Staff Trainer Program: The Staff Trainer Program is supplied (by email) as a URL that is distributed to staff to complete the Program online.

Books: Books are posted by surface mail. Postage is included in the price. Books are for Australian orders only (orders outside Australia should contact the local supplier).
