Unless otherwise stated below, products are sent within 48 hours of payment being received by Lifelong.

Motivation and Engagement Scale (MES): The MES is supplied (by email) as a URL (or as a PDF list of items for the Item-Only MES) that is distributed to students to complete the survey online. When all students have completed the online survey, their responses are emailed to the client as an Excel file. With every purchase, a real-time link is provided to the client to monitor survey completion rates.

Student Scoring Service: The Scoring Service is conducted once, within one week after Online MES data collection is complete. Scores are emailed to the client as an Excel file.

Student Profiles and Tip Sheets: The Student Profiling is conducted once, within one week after Online MES data collection is complete. Student Profile and Tip Sheets are emailed as PDF documents.

Institution (School/University/College) Report: The Institution Report is prepared once, within one week after Online MES data collection is complete. The Report is emailed as a PDF document.

Online Student Motivation and Engagement Booster: The online Student Booster is supplied (by email) as a URL that is distributed to students to complete the Program online. As students complete each of the 11 online Modules, they will be sent an email summarizing the main points and strategies for action.

PDF Student Motivation and Engagement Workbook: The PDF Student Workbook is supplied (by email) as a PDF that is printed and distributed to students to complete.

Student Motivation and Engagement Staff Trainer Program: The Staff Trainer Program is supplied (by email) as a URL that is distributed to staff to complete the Program online. As staff complete each of the 11 online Modules, they will be sent an email summarizing the main points and strategies for action.

Books: Books are posted by surface mail. Postage is included in the price. Books are for Australian orders only (orders outside Australia should contact the local supplier).
